Hosts are data-driven: every Mac seen in heartbeats, leases, lane events, claims, completions, meeting-docs /work/hosts or host config in the last 7 days gets a card and a diagram node (offline > 2 h is dimmed, not removed). Device and role text come from host config. Sections: hosts · fleet · queue · events · region · documents. Each is a snapshot (fresh ≤ 15–60 s; older ones are served instantly while one background rebuild runs). No bot or poller: the Macs push events and your browser fetches.
